Please note: During November 2021 the two-factor authentication for logging into the MDB has been activated for all users. Due to security regulations, it was necessary that we activate strong authentication for the login. If you have previously logged in with your PKI card, it should continue to work this way. If you have previously only logged in with a User ID and password, and you have not yet registered for strong authentication (time-one-time-password / TOTP), you will be prompted to do so when you log in for the first time and will be guided through the process. Please make sure that the correct time zone is set on the device (e.g. mobile phone) on which TOTP is configured. If you experience access problems after activation of the two-factor authentification, please contact your ID provider. For contact details please go to support.
Users from China: Due to legal and technical reasons, the MDB will not be available until further notice. Business and IT departments are working on the matter. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Users from the USA & Canada: The MDB is available on importer's level and for 3rd parties for specific Group Retail Portal (GRP) roles only. Please contact you local GRP Admin or the helpdesk in case you require more information.
